Over the last 2 years, I have bgegun to notice marked forgetfullness. I am only 30 years old, and would consider myself to have a rather healthy diet and lifestyle; although I have not been routinely working out lately.
My forgetfullness ca be as simple as "where did I just put that" to "oh my gosh, I don't remember which key opens the back door".
I know that "short circuits" can be expected throughout life, but I am beginning to view this as a problem. I own and operate a business, and it has begun to effect my productivity.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being great dn 1 being really bad...I'd rate it a 6...which isn't that great as far as I'm concerned.
I'm wanting to have a child and couldn't live with myself if I were one of those parents that forgot their kid in the car!
I do have a stressful lifestyle, lots of long hours and hard work. On the other hand, so do milions of other perfectly, mentally healthy people.
I have other symptoms as well that range from fogginess in thought, to concentrations problems, and anxiety.
I am not on any medications other than an herbal suplement for the anxiety, which is not severe. The supplement is Kava Kava and it does help to a degree.
Your advice or input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You. |
