Hi,
I have a job interview in a couple of hours and I'm a mess. I haven't worked in three years due to depression and anxiety. I'm on medication but that only seems to help if I'm not looking for a job. I am also being treated for Adult ADD. One of my symptons of the ADD is an intense fear of job boredom.
The interview is for a part time drafter but the job is really for an entry level drafter and will not present me with any challenge. The thought of working even a part time job sends me into a panic.
This all started about 4 years ago after my father died. I'm a 54 year old male. I became depressed and lost interest in everything. I tried to start a home business so I wouldn't have to go back to work but that didn't work out.
I am extreemly depressed and feel like I'm backed into a corner.
Thanks

HI
I would suggest that you read the book "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" by Karol Truman.
Also a healthy body goes a long way in helping depression and ADD. Get Dr. Group's E-Book, Transforming Your Health In 90 Days or Less and get on the program. Good supplementation would also be recommeneded, consider those in the e-book.
I would also suggest that you walk in the sunshine at least 30 minutes every day. Learn deep breathing techniques and practice them daily.
Let me know how your job interview went.
