Hi Booboo,
without further info I dont have a lot to go on but just for general information that might help some people suffer from erratic adrenaline levels whereby you feel very high or very low regularly - this would explain your energy levels.
It is commonly seen in people who have bipolar disorder. I am not saying that you have that by any means but my best friend does and introduced meditation into his life, in the evenings. This helps with inner peace but also relaxing when you feel hyper and need to calm the body and mind.
I would strongly recommend you look into relaxation meditation, as even if you are suffering from depression or stress or whatever if you get good at meditation the results can literally be life changing.
Some people say that they have tried it and it hasn't done much but I implore you to carry on and become competent at it as it will work if you put the effort it, and your life deserves all the effort you can give.
