I found a great article how to beat stress. I used to suffer from depression and high levels of anxiety, and it helped me a lot.

Certainly many people find it a challenge to manage the stress in their lives. I work with the national non-profit organization, Mental Health America. They’ve created a wonderful website http://www.LiveYourLifeWell.org, that provides 10 evidence-based tools that are practical and easy-to-follow for people to learn how to combat stress and live mentally healthier lives. Please check it out, you may find it very helpful.

Some people have found reading various Self Help Article to be of benefit in overcoming their depression. I find this article very helpful in coping with stress Depress your Depression. I believe that anyone who suffers from Depression should read articles like this to help improve themselves.
