Mind body relaxation and cognitive therapy helps

Mind body relaxation and cognitive therapy helps

Hi everyone,

I love reading everyone's experiences. It's great to be able to share our burdens and struggles. There is also a great wealth of knowledge on here. I have dealt with social anxiety since childhood. Even though I have since learned coping skills to manage it, I still have my rough days, times where I'm overwhelmed and just want to be alone.

I just wanted to share a book that has really helped me.

Please check out the book "I Want To Change My Life:How to Overcome Anxiety, Depression, and Addiction". It is written by Dr. Steven Melemis. I've found it extremely helpeful. The same author created a website http://www.AnxietyDepressionHealth.org and it's loaded with so much great info.

I hope you find it as helpful as I did.
