Anxiety experience

If you're having anxiety attacks, or any severe anxiety, it may be comforting to know that this is one of the most common mental health issues. In my experience, just learning that the symptoms I was having (including frequent nervousness and fear, racing heartbeat, a sense of dread and social
disconnect, thinking I was losing my mind, etc) were actually a result of anxiety was an important part of my recovery. I was then able to begin reducing the severity of my anxiety by exercising vigorously and regularly, and cutting out caffeine. I've also done a couple anxiety programs, most
notably SelfTherapy.org - which was extremely effective. But given that this is such a common problem, there are also many other options for dealing with anxiety.

"What you think is what you are". So, if you think sad thoughts then you surely will just get depressed. One of the best things to beat depression is to stay strong and just believe in yourself that you will get pass through this. So aside from thinking happy thoughts engage in physical activities that you are fond of or anything that is new. This will surely get you pre-occupied.
