Hi guys if anyone feels like there head is going to explode because of stress, then I maybe able to help.

Speaking from a personal experience, I managed to overcome stress, depression and even suicide, through a release of endorphins.

Hi,
I found a great article how to beat stress. I used to suffer from depression and high levels of anxiety, and it helped me a lot.

Some people have found reading various Self Help Article to be of benefit in overcoming their depression. I find this article very helpful in coping with stress Depress your Depression. I believe that anyone who suffers from Depression should read articles like this to help improve themselves.
